- HISTORY
De-shalom Pharmaceutical Laboratory Nigeria Limited was established in Nigeria in 1998. Operations in pharmaceutical manufacturing began in 2004 with the registration of the oral liquid and external liquid lines. This registration was obtained from the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) and the National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
The company is entirely Nigerian-owned and represents a 100% indigenous enterprise. The approved and registered factory, located at G141F Oke-Oye Street, Ilesa, Osun State, Nigeria, serves as the company’s first base of operations.
In order to enhance the company’s cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, the management acquired a 9-hectare plot of land on Km 4, Iloko Ijesa Road in Ilesa, Osun State, Nigeria. A new factory was constructed on this site, which accommodates the following production lines:
- Oral liquid line
- External liquid line
- Oral solid line
The commissioning of the factory took place in January 2012.
- PRODUCTS
The company between Jan. 2004 and 2014 registered twenty-four pharmaceutical products with NAFDAC.
These products are:
- ORAL- LIQUIDS -15 products
- EXTERNAL PRODUCTS – 5 Products
- ORAL SOLIDS – 6 Products
- FACILITY
The factory is situated in an open space with adequate buildings. No factory producing any obnoxious odours or other pollutants is within the vicinity of the factory.
