Evans Baroque commenced operations in 2012 in Sierra Leone. It successfully implemented a sales and marketing structure with a well spread nationwide distribution network in every major city. It currently has 100 products registered and approved for sale in Sierra Leone and an additional 20 products in registration.

Following the successful launch in Sierra Leone, Evans Baroque started its Nigerian operations in 2013. Today, with over 80 products in both public health and specialized disease segments, Evans Baroque is aggressively expanding its footprints in several therapeutic segments – Antibiotics, haematinics, antimalarial, anti-inflammatory, supplements, anti-hypertensives, analgesics, medical/surgical consumables and healthcare kits.

Evans Baroque is managed by a team of professionals with demonstrable experience and excellence in marketing, sales, manufacturing and distribution of high-quality healthcare products and services in Nigeria and across West Africa.

In order to extend its growing footprints in Nigeria and in the African region, Miral Pharm Ltd (the precursor company of Evans Baroque) acquired the manufacturing assets of Evans Medical Plc (formerly Glaxo) in 2018. This manufacturing plant located in Agbara Industrial Estate, sits on 8.3hectares of land and is one of the four Pharmaceutical plants prequalified by the World Health Organization in Nigeria.

Miral Pharm Ltd formally changed its name to Evans Baroque Ltd in 2019.
