To produce and market high quality, safe and effective pharmaceutical drugs to our customers in the most efficient manner that ensures job satisfaction for the staff and good returns for the shareholders.

Orfema offers a wide range of health cares and Pharmaceutical products.

• We import and market pharmaceutical Raw materials to other manufacturers of medicine in Nigeria and beyond.
• We import and market finished pharmaceutical medicines in Nigeria.
• We manufacture our registered formulations and distribute same across the country and beyond.

About Us…

• DATE OF BUSINESS REGISTRATION

Orfema Pharmaceutical Industry Limited was incorporated on the 6^th September 1985 with a maiden name business name of “Orfema Nigeria Limited” basically as trading concern.

• BUSINESS COMMENCEMENT – December 1988
• Company moved to its wholly owned Corporate Office & Factory April 2001
• Commencement of Production in our factory – January 2008
• Three years later, the company commenced importation and distribution of pharmaceutical raw materials and chemicals to many reputable pharmaceutical- manufacturing companies in Nigeria.
• In April 2001, we moved from the temporary site we were operating from, to our fully own premises, accommodating the corporate office and the factory.
• Around the same period, we started contract manufacturing of our locally registered brands of pharmaceuticals, basically produced for our company by third party reputable pharmaceutical companies for our marketing staff.
• We also have received NAFDAC approval for some of our own brand of core ethical medicines which are being produced overseas solely for our company.
• We market these products to Institutions, Hospitals and Pharmacies through our well-trained medical representatives.
• Our sales outlets/representatives across the country include: Major cities in the South West, Abuja, Kwara, Edo and Delta States, Abia, Cross-River, Rivers, Enugu, Plateau and Jigawa States to mention a few.

FACTORY PROJECT

• Presently, a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing factory has been completed, on the same premises and has commenced operation.
• Our company premises situated at the Agege axis Lagos State is fully owned by us.
• This consist of Administration building in front and two big back warehouse with the upstairs dedicated to staff Canteen and Staff Common Room.

CONTRACT MANUFACTURING

• We have capacity to manufacture for registered pharmaceutical companies on contract basis.
• We have over 9 Medical/Sales Representatives that are spread all over the country, marketing/detailing our drugs in Hospitals, Institutions and Pharmacies across Nigeria.

Our finished pharmaceuticals Products include but not limited to the following groupings:

Anti-Infectives, Anti Hypertensives, Analgesics, Anti Inflammatory, Heamatinics, Vitamins

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

CHAIRMAN / MANAGING DIRECTOR: PRINCE ORIMADEGUN AGBOADE:

• Prince Agboade holds a Honours Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos.
• He has worked in various organizations and in different capacities. Such organizations include Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), as Investment Officer, Adebowale Electrical Industries as Administrative Manager, Benro Packaging Company as Head of Lagos Office.
• For over 12 years, he worked in Glaxo Nigeria PLC, which was one of the biggest and most successful multinational Pharmaceutical Companies in Nigeria and the whole world, where he rose to the position of a General Manager.
• He took early retirement in 1996 to join Orfema Pharmaceutical Industry Limited as the Managing Director.

LADY ADEPEJU AGBOADE

• A seasoned Administrator of over a decade, with bias for industrial and human relations, she holds a University degree in Linguistics and has worked in various organizations before joining Orfema Pharmaceutical Industry Ltd.

OLUWAFEMI AGBOADE

• Holds a university degree in Electrical/Electronic from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He has worked in several organizations like Emperion West Africa Ltd as a Communications Engineer and Standard Chartered Bank Plc.

ADEDEJI AGBOADE

• Holds a university degree in Accountancy from the University of Lagos. He has worked in several organizations like KPMG Consulting in the Business Advisory Services department. He is a chartered Accountant.

PHARMACIST OLUWADAMILOLA ADEKUNLE AGBOADE

• Holds a University Degree in Pharmacy from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye. He has copious experience in pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Marketing.
