In 2017, Management of Sagar Overseas Limited, acquired 100% shares in Strides Vital Nigeria Limited and company was re-named to Sagar Vitaceuticals Nigeria Limited Our Parent Company Sagar Overseas Limited was incorporated in 2003 with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and is also registered with Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria (PCN). Since its inception the Company has established a strong presence in the pharmaceutical sector, and is one of the leading Importers & Suppliers of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials in Nigeria.
Over years the company has carve a niche market for itself and has always been looking for further expansions. We have established Business relationships with many companies around the globe. With our partners in India & China, majority of our raw materials are imported through them.
